Clinical Notes
See20/20 now has two levels of recording clinical notes for eye examinations and contact lens assessments. Basic refraction and notes can be recorded within the basic Starter option but as an additional add-on, full clinical records that comply to the standard guidelines of the GOC can be used as an alternative for the more conscientious Optometrist! It can scan paper records and attach them to the patient record, link with instruments, direct links to the BNF.org database and integrates with Captiv8 3D ophthalmic animations for easy to understand visual explanations on such topics as diabetes, cataracts, contact lenses and much more.
Contact Lenses
An unrivalled contact lens software package that incorporates full clinical records, trials and wear assessment through to final fitting, scheme management, pay as you wear services, direct ordering to all the major suppliers and fully automated payment via direct debit or through the EPOS till.
Direct Debits
The most advanced, on-line direct debit management tool available in practice today, not only will this revolutionise the way you sell your products and services, but it will also drastically reduce hours if not days of admin time and costs for contact lens and spectacle wearers. It has increased the average spectacle dispense by an average 16% for the beta-test opticians whom have been using it – (they will be on the stand if you want to talk to them) by offering DD to patients they can spread the payments of the more expensive spectacles or contact lens scheme over a period of time.
Spectacle Dispensing Users have been listened and adhered to here! The speed of input on all products and services has been drastically increased with the aid of bar-coding now relevant on all services, frames, lenses and sundry items. Business Intelligence & Dashboard KPI Reporting The already comprehensive management reporting has also been improved with many more reports available in all areas of the business.
