See 20/20 can find new patients from just 50p each

Leading software firm See20/20 has formed an exclusive partnership with leading information services company Real Time Marketing (RTM). This agreement will guarantee an injection of new customers to optical practices and allow practice managers and owners to focus on running their business and looking after existing patient needs.

Paul Houston, Sales & Marketing Director at See20/20 said: “We talk about evolution not revolution within optics and how the high street practice can compete with on-line players and supermarkets alike. The software will enable a practice to target non-specific patients and build on the current practice database by interrogating an Experian & CACI collated database of over 30 million people from across the UK population. The practice can specifically target a sector of the market, for example customers who have purchased spectacles or contact lenses within the last three years, are within a certain age range, Social grading, live in a certain postcode area or earn a particular annual salary range.

Paul Houston added: “This service truly is unrivalled and there are no up-front costs to users – it’s simply pay as you go! The print, postage and data purchasing is all charged at a set rate via monthly invoicing or credit card payments. For opticians who want to improve the quality of their patient database and target new business this service is a crucial breakthrough.” .
